Why I created this journaling workbook
My own healing journey moved through trauma recovery, subconscious healing, and years of feeling disconnected from my body. After surviving an abusive marriage, losing both parents, and rebuilding my life from zero, I learned firsthand how the nervous system, the gut–brain axis, and unresolved trauma shape how we feel inside our bodies.
Healing was not linear — but journaling became a safe, grounding practice that helped me process emotions, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with myself gently.
This workbook is a reflection of that process, created to support you as you heal from the inside out.
