Why I teach healing and transformation


My own journey moved through trauma recovery, subconscious healing, and years of feeling disconnected from my body. After surviving an abusive marriage, losing both parents, and rebuilding my life from zero, I learned firsthand how the nervous system, the gut–brain axis, and unresolved trauma shape everything — from cravings and emotions to how safe we feel inside ourselves.
